How much does rent start at, and what is included in the rent?
Starts at $2,499 for 1-bedroom and $3,099 for 2-bedroom, includes one carport.
What amenities are included in the apartments and throughout the community?
Pool area, BBQ, Laundry Room, Gym.
Are your apartments pet-friendly? What are the pet policies, fees, and amenities?
Pet friendly, $500 deposit, $50 monthly pet rent, pet doggies bags provided.
What lease terms are available? Do you offer short-term leases?
12 month leases only.

How do I apply for an apartment? What are the application requirements and fees?
Application available at https://www.kendallwoodwhittier.com/apartments/ca/whittier/apply-now. The application is $56 plus processing fees, we require 2 times the rent for income qualifications.
Is parking available for residents and guests?
Every resident gets one carport, secondary parking spot is available for $100 a month and theres a waitlist. 14 guest passes are given a year.
What utilities are included, and which are the resident's responsibility?
The resident needs to pay for utilities through us: water, trash, sewer, and the edision bill.
What schools serve the community?
Lowell Joint School District.
What public transportation, highways, and commuter options are nearby?
Bus stop in front of the property.
What restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and entertainment are nearby?
Aldis, sprouts, Target, Vons, Thai Table, JCPenny, Chick-Fil-A, Red Robin, Black Angus - Whittwood Town Center across the street.
What parks, trails, and outdoor recreation are close to the community?
The Library, Park and YMCA is across the street.
What makes this apartment community unique compared to other apartments in the area?
Everything is around the area, we are one of the few properties in the area with in unit washer and dryer, most properties do not have this.
